
The Matan Institute for Camp Directors, which takes place over a two-year period, supports the belief that anyone who interacts with your campers must have the knowledge and tools to support successful inclusion. Each cohort engages in multiple in-person training days and on-line learning, and every participant works with a Matan mentor on specific inclusion goals for the entire length of the InstituteMentorship for this Institute includes on-site visits during the summer in order to maximize the mentors’ understanding of your particular facility and program.
